I got a new laptop, and the old scanner was incompatible and the new scanner isn't big enough to scan my sketch pad (it can only scan standard 8 x 11 pages).  I also have no room in my room to buy my own new scanner, so I have no way to get my art up, which is a shame as the stuff has improved enough to make most of this stuff look like total crap.  And they're in color, too (I have developed a love affair with colored pencils). Today, my cat died.  Old age the vet said.  I held her lifeless body and watched as my mom and aunt buried her. Tomorrow, we're going to the animal shelter to look at dogs.
